Hayden founded Wainui Construction in 2017 with a vision of creating a team to roll out architectural builds in Raglan. Hayden has over 16 years of experience in the building and construction industry.
HAYLEY VINK
Director, Project Manager
Hayley spent 6 years as a Structural Engineer before taking a change of direction after having a family to support Wainui Construction. With her engineering experience and expert eye for design, Hayley keeps our projects to a high standard and occasionally gets her boots on for a site inspection.
MIKE McGOWAN
General Manager
Mike has over 20 years building experience and has previously run his own building company in Raglan. Mike oversees our projects from start to finish.
NADIA SEYMOUR
Office and Admin Support
Nadia is our administrator, helping and supporting the team with various admin tasks and making sure they get paid on time.
GRAHAME FIELD
Project Manager, Site Manager
Grahame manages the day to day running of our construction projects and works hard to ensure project delivery. Grahame is a certified plumber and is currently completing his carpentry apprenticeship.
MICHI JUNGWIRTH
Project Foreman (LBP)
Michi is our Project Foreman and Senior Carpenter. Along with training our apprentices, he brings a lifetime of construction expertise and sets the standards for all our builds.

Greg is a qualified builder with 30+ years of building experience.

Over the past three years, Filippo has become an invaluable part of our construction team assisting in a variety of areas: carpentry, paving, painting, and landscaping.
